A: You are free to request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please email me at will@willgibbons.com and explain why you are requesting the refund. Once the refund has been initiated, you will lose access to the digital product you purchased.
A: When you make a purchase, some of the money goes to the payment processor (Stripe or Paypal) and after that fee is taken out, I collect the rest. When I issue a refund, I send all the money I collected from the transaction back to your account. Because I don’t have access to the money collected by the payment processor, I can’t refund those funds.
A: If it’s been less than 30 days and you have not access or consumed your product, then I’ll issue a refund. You will lose access to the product once the refund is processed.
A: If you completed at least 50% of the course and feel like I did not deliver on the promise of teaching the concepts outlined on the product page, I will issue you a refund. Before I issue a refund, you will need to meet two criteria. 1) I will need to see that you have marked at least 50% of the lessons complete and 2) You will need to email me and explain what you expected to learn that I did not cover in the course you purchased.
