I strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, as my products are digital, refunds should not be expected and will be considered on a case-by-case basis at my discretion, in accordance with my Satisfaction Guarantee. Please review my policy below.
You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. To initiate a refund, please email me at will@willgibbons.com and provide a brief explanation of your reason for the refund.
Please note that once a refund is processed, you will lose access to the digital product you purchased.
When processing a refund, the amount refunded may be less than the total amount paid. This is because a portion of your payment goes to the payment processor (e.g., Stripe or PayPal). I can only refund the amount I received after the payment processor's fees have been deducted.
If you have purchased a product but have not accessed or consumed it, you may request a refund within the 30-day period. Upon processing the refund, you will lose access to the product.
If you have taken a course and feel that it did not meet your expectations, you may request a refund if you have completed at least 50% of the course. To qualify:

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, but please allow up to 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account after I have initiated the refund.
